I'm
not unaware how upset the Dallas legal community is with me. My
refusal to 'shut off the light of the law' by reporting on the actions
of Diane Snyder, Susan Rankin, and others has brought some of them to
the point that they are obstructing certain litigants in their ability
to receive help. They make phone calls that they have no right
making to be sure and 'warn' others that someone might be 'crazy' and
they better not take the case - all done in the spirit of 'helping' of
course. In this way they can insure their buddies get on the
case. They use character assassination and subtle and
manipulative use of coded words to influence judges.
Ms. Snyder like to complain about me. She doesn't like that
I report what she says and does. In the light of day for all to
see it doesn't play too well. It was a lot easier to cross
ethical boundaries in the days before the internet.
It is unfortunate that in her case where she is opposing counsel with
Ms. Rosenthal that she continues to take out her frustrations in that
case by prolonging it, and trying to insinuate that Janay is anything
but a loving mother. I realize Diane Snyder might think my
source of information comes only from Ms. Rosenthal.
I do not want this misperception to go on any more. It isn't fair
to her. Let's leave it this way: I have family in Dallas.
I know people in the legal profession. In family law.
Small world. One degree of separation, Diane. That's all it
takes.
WHY LAWYERS LIE
I'm rereading Austin trial lawyer Mark Perlmutter's book and I
recommend it to everyone interested in why the legal profession is
rated as having as much integrity as used car sales, why the legal
profession has the highest rates of depression of any career (the
California Bar is devoting more resources to attorney depression), and
why it can stop.
The systemic corruption of courts and lawyers and judges has reached
epidemic proportions. Throw in the court appointed therapists to
tell the judges what to do, throw out evidence that might hurt your
client and aid the opposing counsel, and get up every day and do it
again until the client cries "uncle" or has no more money.
Attorney Perlmutter begins by sharing how he watched his peer
destroy evidence and did nothing about it. Former Judge
Susan Rankin closed ranks around Janay Rosenthal with her buddies and
threw the case. When she disallowed evidence to prove what Ms.
Rosenthal was saying, she set in motion a crime that continues to this
day. Rankin could come forward and write an apology as Mr. Perlmutter
did to former litigants he harmed.
Will she? I doubt it. Her conservative religious background
doesn't lend itself to those actions. But I'm willing to be open
minded and see if she can change.

hour after Judge Craig Fowler
granted the Order for Default
Judgment
giving back Janay Rosenthal custody of Addyson,
he rescinded it.
Why? He said he "just found out
the case was on appeal". But it wasn't! Who told
him this misinformation?
Judge Rankin. These were

different cases with 2
different numbers. Rankin knew this. So what did she
do to change reality?
Some legal sleight of hand. She made a
unilateral, and illegal, and unethical decision, to combine the
cases.
No notice of a
hearing to either Rosenthal party. Just a
few whispers
in the ear of good friend and confidante, attorney Diane Snyder and
when
push

feel the weight of every bullied, tormented and beaten down
person trying to leave an unsuitable marriage and still have a life.

stronger than her husband, more intelligent, more rational, and
recognizes the importance of letting people speak without living in a
climate of fear. If she tries to hide behind him and threatens
the citizens of Dallas when they speak out, then what the hell is she

15. Dear Ms Bradley,
Thank-you for the information on the Family Courts in
Dallas. It has given me hope that perhaps something can be
done with how the Dallas Family Courts operate...and hope for my child
. Since XXXX to present, I have been.. in Judge Rankin’s court.
Descriptions of Janay Rosenthal’s experience (and others who remain
unheard in Dallas) are familiar. I too have experienced
significant evidence not allowed, court ordered experts’ advice not
followed, etc. With circles so tight, and many paying homage to a
sick system out of fear of retribution, it is hard, even impossible to
locate a lawyer within these city walls who (even post-election and the
Rosenthal case information) is willing to immediately reopen or seek to
“overturn” a Judge Rankin/Scott
Beauchamp case.

When the circle breaks, there will be someone there to take your case,
and another large retainer of course. Many are concerned and working

Dallas, do you know of any lawyers or legal groups that are willing to
help these bereft cases here? Please let me know.
Dear Writer, No, I don't know any Dallas attorneys except for the ones
mentioned here and I don't know
them personally. Is it possible that there is an ethical,
intellectual, lawyer who is not afraid of the judge or sleeping with
her and will take the case on reduced fees? Maybe. However the
statistical probability reaches nil on this one The outstanding
ethical attorney who I have spoken to is Tom Burton,
General Counsel for Houston based Justice for Children. I don't
know the specifics of what he might be able to help with, but he
will not talk down to you, yell at you and scream, "I need $25,000 in
this office tomorrow or I am quitting and you will never see your
child." And if you get helped by Justice for Children,
don't forget them when you are back on your feet. They need your
help too to go on helping others.

TIME
This is a great time in Dallas Family
Court, with new
faces, hopes, ethics, and challenges. Coming on the heels of a
dark and troubled time, this court must position itself as a role
model which challenges the perception of family court as
hopelessly
corrupt, headed by oppressive judicial tyrants.
The new Dallas Family Courts must not ignore
human and civil rights as it has in the recent past.
Never
before has a court been so visible for so many reasons. This site
on Judge Rankin was passed around the nation to legal groups, law
schools and parents groups.
Can Dallas be a role
model of judicial ethics? Can a person get divorced without
prejudice and impoverishment? Can the
attorneys of Dallas stop making divorce a cash cow? Common sense
must prevail and character assassination end. (Diane? Michelle?,
Mike, the R brothers?...a lot of complaints have come in about
you..Diane F, you also)
Dallas;
post election -
There are new faces
on the bench, and in the
case of JudgeMarilea W. Lewis,
unopposed, an experienced person
remains. This is no time to lose the momentum generated by the people
who voted for change. The message is clear: family court
corruption is unacceptable.
Dallas parents do not expect more collusion, suppression of
evidence,
deciding cases on election funding or assistance,
or the latest holiday party and who brought the most booze.
They are tired
of attorneys using
mother's emotions to charge outrageous retainers and drop them
like a hot potato when some real work actually has to be done. The
extortion is worse than that of the Sopranos.
Take the case of custody issues. Richard Ducote, an internationally
recognized attorney specializing in abused parents and
children's rights, could be a valuable resource to
Dallas judges, as he has been to the CA court system.
In many cases throughout the country, Ducote says, children are
wrongfully taken away from their mothers and Judges then award custody
to the fathers, even when they have been accused of physical,
emotional/verbal or sexual abuse, (see Recent
article in Newsweek on Parental Alienation, Richard Ducote and how
the courts get it wrong ) "This
is the greatest failure of
the legal system I've ever come across," Ducote said.
I've met this gentle giant of a man who left behind years of lucrative
litigation to become the voice of children. He knows why moms are
disbelieved, why judges get confused and send babies to abusers.
There are many like Richard, from Stanford Medical School to
Santa Clara University School of Law using research based studies to
educate and inform lawyers and judges about the huge problem of
children sent into the arms of abusive parents.
Judge
Marilea Lewis, I know you are a friend of former Judge Rankin, but you
don't have to end up like her, ignorant of the fact that the Judge's
council came out against PAS, that it destroys families to send kids
to abusers. You can choose to learn that the mothers who come
before you with emotion and fear, and the fathers who present
with a calm demeanor is not indicative that he is more fit to
parent.
The Bullying of Clients
Must End. Friends of the Judge? How does it look to drink and
then decide a case? Not too good.
The bullying of
parents, both moms and dads, and the verbal abuse must end.
No character
assassination Diane! And if
Diane and Cheryl
are friends of Marilea, that is not a problem, unless it becomes
a
problem. Dallas can be an innovative, cutting
edge model city that threw out the old, came back to its roots of
family values, and is admired by all. To
that end, litigants will be empowered by use of bar complaints,
court watch groups and a deep and abiding belief in the integrity of
those now charged with assisting families in moving on with their
lives.
No one should be afraid to protect their child because there
is a judge on the bench with a sense of entitlement, ignorance of the
body of literature on abuse and uses
power at their expense.
Congratulations to the new judges, there is a groundswell of hope and
support and many happy people.
But remember, it's only a robe. You do not put on wisdom with the
robe, you put on the trust the people of Dallas gave you.
You learn to be wise from the lessons they bring you.It's
not possible to remedy injustice by power; you must remedy power
by justice.

abuse, control, sense of entitlement, the use of the law to throw

Rankin and Beauchamp are under investigation
for violation of Judicial
ethics.
But
humor mirrors back in a way nothing else can the very absurdity of
our actions and we pay attention.

I have
received some hilarious phone calls and emails about her
tight skirts, high heels, and her butt. Not to mention the
lawyers she sleeps with. Whoa! Suzy! Your sex life is a matter of
great interest....in so very many ways. Did the intervention
work? No matter. Your sex life should be whatever you want, but
when you don't stop abusing moms, and proof of incest is in your hands,
and we know that money buys you, people get ANGRY and they TALK
about a lot of things you may not want them to talk about.

of you. They like children, they spend time with them and they
don't STEAL money that was supposed to go to buying teddy bears for
foster kids like you did, and they see you believe you are

long memories) and two bar complaints in the works right now, from 2

Justice for Children attorney, Tom Burton, is too far. TEXAS BAR:
The Doctrine of UNCLEAN HANDS is in play here. This woman failed
to protect an abused child, failed to disclose conflict of interest,
obstructed justice in hiding evidence, failed to respond to Bill
of Review, and calls moms drunks ...all except Janay Rosenthal.
She calls Ms Rosenthal a child molester. RATS and sinking ships,
unclean hand, frivolous bar complaints and collaboration with a corrupt
Judge....the game is over. She has no right to complain when she
works WITH opposing counsel to hide assets from a mother. Yes, I know
all about it. And soon, everyone else will also.
Hang
up the shingle Diane.. Susan Amanda, take your daughter and get
out of town. Enough is enough is enough. Time to see what Lynn can do.
I imagine after this expose she will be very careful. I've been
told her momma didn't raise no fool.

Violence program yet Judge Susan Rankin allows him to supervise this

destroyed. People tell me Dallas is the most corrupt family court
system in the country. Attorneys from all over view this site and
let me know they are disgusted with the Republican Party in Dallas in
general and the family court in particular. How can you not be
disgusted with Diane Snyder buying Judge Rankin, and everyone ignoring
the child sex acts going on and REFUSING TO LET THE JURY SEE THE
EVIDENCE? WHY AREN'T THESE PEOPLE IN JAIL? Because Peggy Lundy,
campaign manager and cash cow for the Republicans, says it ain't so?

excuse to abuse. Tell the moms you were wrong, put the Rankin family
money in a fund to repair the damaged children. Moms tell me they

afraid of your court, your vicious mouth and your evil soul. You
don't have much time, Susan. The Feds are getting involved. Diane
Snyder is not immune, Craig Fowler is not immune. You all have
crossed too many lines, for too long, taken too many bribes, perjured,
ignored federal laws, and Texas criminal code. The lawyers
supporting you will be tainted unless they get out now. This is
the ENRON of the Family Court. Corruption, lies and NO REMORSE.

the
media's reports on Susan Rankin. Really? You mean she IS a
psychologist? Maybe

Craig Fowler, Susie's good friend, seems to have caught the
virus...he's another
confused judge. (Does all this buying of judges get
confusing? "Let's
see Snyder gave us so much.. both of them? No just Diane, what
about
Cheryl? Hmm, she might be in rehab. We got McCurley and George Bienfang, of course. They've
been buying for years. Give 'em a good customer discount. WHERE
is Susie? I hear she isn't

to work anymore. Hey, did anyone tell her the election hasn't been held

here's what is going on in your courtroom. Pay attention. Stop the
computer game. (yea, he plays games in
court.)

On Thursday you granted default in the Bill of Review filed by Janay
Rosenthal. (The issue is: Assoc. Judge Beauchamp with alcoholic
Snyder
when she was arrested at 1:30 am and ignored by Rankin
as conflict of interest) This issue has a case
number. (remember that, it's an important fact.) After receiving
your court order that she
now had custody of her daughter, Janay and her attorney went to Anne
Frank Elementary school where she was physically restrained by
overzealous drama queens as she attempted to hug the daughter she has
not seen in a year because Diane Snyder LIED TO THE COURT on behalf of
a man she knows to be a sexual abuser. (and mother of alcoholic
daughter and former law partner Cheryl) Ms. Rosenthal was verbally
abused, physically restrained, and her daughter taken from her by
people who do not know how to read a court order and also know she
lives with her abuser and DO NOTHING despite Justice for Children
attempting to help them. They scared the children, yelled at the
mother, traumatized a little girl and, with no sense of proper
demeanor, went
into a drama fit for the stage. What a sad day for public
education to display the worst in front of the kids. (Letters from
Justice For Children written to Dallas Public School attorney are
available. This attorney has NO INTEREST in the evidence. DA, you
listening? You believed it was true and were about to testify before
the woman who mistook her career ruled: NO EVIDENCE, facts confuse me. )
Craig, you then got very confused and changed the default order because
you said: This case is on appeal. NO, IT ISN'T. The other case
(with a
different case number, the Rosenthal trial, that's the one on
appeal.) Details, Craig, details. The devils in the details. Was
it DIANE SNYDER that told you its on appeal? She
lied. Forget her money, she's trouble. Give it back and
forget her. One of her other victims called me today. The funny
thing about Diane is she uses character assassination and guess what
she likes to call the
other party: alcoholics! Funny isn't it...Cheryl's in the
bottom of a bottle and Mom is calling everyone else a drunk. But
not Ms Rosenthal. No, she chose to call her a child molester. You got
BIG trouble with that mouth of Snyder's. You can read about it on this Mom's website - and
Ms Snyder is getting at least 2 bar complaints that I know
of. Big ones, with details. Lots of details. Craig, watch out,
Rankin and Snyder ...remember RATS and sinking ships....(that's RATS
for Rankin and The Snyders)

This
is a website about a family court in Dallas, Texas. I refer to it as
The 301. I don't know Judge Rankin or her opponent, Lynn
Cherry. I have read the
documents,
listened to the stories from men and women and I see the light of
freedom dying in the hands of a cunning and manipulative woman who has
a sense
of entitlement that allows her to turn the court into a sewer.
The pattern is clear: if an attorney is friends with Rankin, their
client wins. The RICO Act was used in California for a similar
situation. In Marin County, they called themselves FLEAS:
Family Law Elite Attorneys and they partied with the Judge. In
Dallas, I don't know what they call themselves..perhaps RATS?
Rankin And The Snyders? (mother/daughter law firm which suddenly parted
ways after daughter is caught drunk with Rankin's Assoc. Judge
Beauchamp
at 1:30 am and conflict of interest doesn't seem to have crossed their
minds for the cases involved) Party on in the 301!
All the proof is here, more than enough to get her off the bench
immediately. But Dallas is not a place where justice is
respected.
Dallas is a city of secrets, payoffs, and closed door agreements that
sex secrets
will remain so. Whether it is the Republican party of Texas that
sold
its soul to allow Susan to continue with impunity, or the Rankin cash
contributions, or her dad, Charlie with his radio stations, it doesn't
really matter.
What matters is that it is time to stop pretending Republicans or
Democrats matter. They don't. The children do. Read this site, and
figure out what you can do to help overturn Rankin cases and help
justice pick
itself off the floor, tattered and battered as it has been in The 301.

In
a horrific statement, Peggy Lundy, campaign consultant for Susan
Rankin, minimizes the grief of a sexually abused little girl and
her
mother. She opens the doors for all to see the myth of moral
justice
in Dallas' courts.

Peggy
Lundy, Judge Rankin's campaign consultant, is quoted by
The Dallas Morning News regarding Janay Rosenthal, mother of an abused
child: "It's just disgruntledness.. This
is a woman who was not happy about a decision that was made by a
jury." Look at the meaning, Ms Lundy : Is a mother
who loses a child to a sex abuser, "sulky." Or is she scared for
her child and passionate in her attempts to use the legal system
to prove that her daughter needs
protection? Lundy, who politics on her website that she will
"personally introduce you to whomever you would like to meet in
government or business to advance your interests." is not
qualified to deal
with civil rights and human justice issues, especially about a case
where
THE JURY NEVER SAW THE EVIDENCE including a disturbing video.
Quote from suppressed evidence:
"It is my strong professional opinion that there are many signs that
would indicate strong reasons to have concern that Addyson has been a
victim of sexual abuse. Furthermore, the complete disruption of
Addyson’s relationship to her loving mother is likely to have
longstanding ramifications for Addyson’s mental health and needs to be
corrected as soon as possible to allow Addyson the space to grow and
develop in a developmentally appropriate way.
Children of Addyson’s age need the relationship with their mother to
provide a safe place for the expression of feelings, to help learn how
to negotiate increased individuation and to provide a secure base for
the important developmental tasks associated with the beginning of

Why did the jury not see the
evidence? Diane Snyder,
counsel for
opposing party says: "The reason some experts weren't allowed to
testify was because the mother's attorney violated court rules
regarding the designation of experts" But Ms Snyder and any
other officer of the court is required by law to report evidence
of sexual abuse. THEY LET A MINOR VIOLATION of a court rule
STOP THEM FROM PROTECTING A MINOR CHILD and reporting abuse. I'm
not a lawyer, but
isn't this a felony? a violation of human rights?

Ms. Snyder, when your daughter/law partner was arrested with
Rankin's associate Judge at 1:30 am and arrested, were you
disgruntled?
Did you call Ms. Lundy to find a word to describe how you felt as you
assisted in a cover up? SEE BILL OF REVIEW for DETAILS. Here on
this site! Is that why you lied about Richard Ducote, Esq and Janay
Rosenthal is banned from seeing her daughter? Does the State Bar know
what you did?
Judge Susan Rankin and Diane Snyder held in their hands evidence of
child sexual abuse and did nothing. They covered up relationships, hid
evidence and fabricated information for motions. Shame, shame on
you. Shame on
all the networking, cover ups in this case, the minimizing and
trivializing of the pain, the hiding of evidence of sex abuse.
These are criminal acts against a 6 yr old, and not allowed to see her
mom. She has no voice and suffers in the
silence. The Republican Party has disgraced itself again with
pedophiles and sex abuse. How far up does this go? Follow the
money, it always takes you where you need to go. Dallas Morning
News...you know where to go to prove the fraud. Do it.
If you
have lost custody or have been otherwise damaged in The
301, there may be enough
to overturn the cases. Please get this information to your
attorney and ask
what can be done. Be sure and show them the motion for
recusal. Find out the personal relationship your attorney has
with
Judge Rankin and others in her courtroom.

CBS CH 11 Investigative Report on
Susan
Rankin: "Dallas Judge Cannot
Call Herself A Psychologist"
Caught in a web of lies, Rankin
was forced to do
some fancy PR work for her interview on CBS
to backtrack and explain
why she lied about her background.
(CBS 11 News) DALLAS A
Dallas district judge
has been told by the state’s psychologists’ licensing board
that she may no longer refer to
herself as a
psychologist. A CBS 11 News investigation found that a concerned
parent, looking for
justice, filed the
complaint.
WHAT
IS
RANKIN COVERING UP? Is she covering Cheryl and Diane
Snyder?
Did
they give the court false information and Rankin knew
it?
Did the Synders
lie in a motion
about the mother causing Mom to lose custody?
This
site is gathering evidence the cover up and fraud and depth and breadth
of such are enormous and includes the Snyders.
Thank you Dallas for all the emails and information. I
have learned a lot from you about cover ups, corruption, political
pressure and why The Dallas Morning News has to cover up the real
Rankin story. I understand a new affidavit is coming out. As soon
as I get it, so will you. The Dallas Morning News may sit on this
information, but I won't. Isn't it interesting that a BELO
affiliate thinks Foley case is no big deal. BELO (owner of
DMNews) appears to like covering up
sex scandals and thinks we are making too big a deal of it.
Rankin likes Gardner, who says we make too big a deal about pedophiles,
DMN hides the story. Coverups on sex scandals...I think it's a VERY BIG
DEAL when pedophiles get custody in the 301.

with Rankin. The players are the same, the actions are the same
and the refusal to allow
evidence into court is in each

Distinct patterns are emerging. Marin County in CA was successful
in removing a Judge with similar actions using
the RICO Act.

26, 2006: Someone has sent a link to a blog on Judge Susan Rankin
Obviously, emotions are running
high. I have learned that the
Assistant
District Attorney for Dallas was prepared to testify at a trial
that the D.A.'s office believed molestation of the young child had
taken place.
Judge Susan Rankin refused to allow the
testimony.
The mother lost custody. Who is powerful enough behind this Judge
to allow her to do this?

Dallas appears to be particularly problematic.

Judge Susan Rankin is a
family law judge up for re-election in Dallas.
(Nov 2006). Should she be
investigated instead? She misrepresented herself to the public as
a psychologist and the Texas Board required her to change her judicial
profile to delete her misstatement to the effect she was one.
"Magical thinking' is a characteristic of narcissists: they believe
they can say something untrue and not get caught. It is part of the
pathological lying aspect of narcissism.
I have read some of her "decisions".
They are full of
personal attacks and character assassination and read like a personal
vendetta instead of a reasoned, unbiased, judicial decision. In
one, she blames the mother trying to remove the child from a
potentially dangerous situation, as being too 'enmeshed' with her
daughter.
After I put the following post on
Craigslist,
it was flagged by her supporters and removed. Statistically, too
many
children in Judge Rankin's courtroom are
losing their mothers and sent to abusive fathers. Judge
Rankin
appears to be a promoter of the pedophile Richard
Gardner and his theory of Parental
Alienation Syndrome (PAS).
In this "syndrome",
mothers
who
report sexual abuse are
hunted down, worn down, disbelieved, treated with abuse, called
delusional and hysterical and
made to pay to see their children. Gardner claimed mothers were
frigid, causing family problems, and believed Americans were
overly
concerned about incest.
This is the

JUDGE SUSAN
RANKIN: Abuse of Power?
A deeply concerning issue is
that of
Judges in Family
Court acting as if they are
above
the law. I have uncovered
stunning abuses in Judge
Rankin's
courtroom. All facts here are
public information.
"Judges often operate with
impunity
in their courtrooms without the
sunshine of publicity to
question
the wisdom of their rulings. ...
Judges are the sum total of
their
own life experiences. Some are
unable to divorce their
private
feelings, biases and prejudices so
that they can fairly assess
individuals, situations and fairly apply
the law. (Judge Susan Rankin
comes
to mind. A divorced single mother
who apparently cannot
separate her
private bitterness from her court
rulings. She is oblivious to
the
best interests of children and the
healing of separated
families.)"
Judge Rankin's private life
may or
may not contribute to why
she acts irrationally,
unethically,
and with astonishing disregard
of the constitution.
However,
her
rulings in family court and her
punitive nature are of deep
concern.
From a newsgroup on divorce,
one father commented he would
like
to see her taken out of the
courtroom in chains. While
this
might be a common comment in family
court, it becomes a
disturbing
picture when you look deeper.
Many people find me because
of my
websites and when the same
Judge's name comes up (I am
not in
Texas), I am curious. My research
has led me to disturbing
stories
which indicate Judge Rankin is
violating
state and federal laws and
abusing
her position.
I have found one mother so
traumatized she has not left her
house since 1998 when Judge
Rankin
refused to allow her evidence
of sexual abuse into court
and
awarded custody to the abuser father.
The children were two and
four and
she has had no contact.
In another case Rankin took 5
children, including an infant, from a
mother requesting assistance
when
one of the girls reported
molestation. Mom violated an
order
not to go near her children
and was jailed for six
months. There
is no contact, including phone
calls.
I have just read her recent
decision
in a case of incest. In this case
she did
not allow the mother of the child to present evidence from
a Harvard
child abuse expert, she did not allow video of the child
discussing
the abuse, (however she allowed father to use "clips" of it,
rather
than all of it, as the law
requires). The mother was
instructed not
to use it
offensively or defensively. Judge Rankin stated in chambers,
in front
of 3 attorneys, that she did not believe a word that came out
of the
mother's mouth. She refused to recuse herself on this point of
judicial bias.
Rankin refused to allow the
Assistant District Attorney to testify
about
the open investigation of
abuse
against the father. The DA's office
stated they believe the child
has
been molested but as long as she
remains in
custody of the father they
cannot
proceed.
No one other than the mother
is
attempting to protect the child.
Judge Rankin had in her
possession
the credentials and testimony of
Mom's expert witnesses. She
refused
to allow any of it including
testimony
from the former President of
the
American Psychiatric Association,
currently practicing
psychiatrist,
professor and Board member of an
organization on child abuse,
who
declared her a stable, normal mother
deeply concerned for the
welfare of
her child. Additional psychologists
who specialize in child abuse
and
run centers for abused children were
not allowed to present their
evidence on behalf of the mother.
It appears that abused
children and
protective parents are not safe
in this courtroom. Mothers
who
report abuse are crushed by her
punishments.
The outcome of this judicial
tyranny
is that the parent of an abused
child will fear to report the
abuse.
The price is separation from
child,
custody to the abuser and
punitive
measures designed to wear down
the protective parent.
Judge Rankin is trying to
imprison
the mother who reported incest by
crushing her with debt: a
$50,000
cash bond to see her child for 4
hours
a month; paying all attorney
fees
for the father, (over $130,000);
paying
child support; $600 a month
to a
court ordered therapist who is on tape
saying, "If Dad is really
molesting
her, and you work really hard, we
can
teach you how to stop him
from
molesting her.". She has been put on
probation for 5 years for
missing
one child support payment.
The paternal grandfather, who
is
allowed to be with the child,
has been convicted of family
violence. Mother's family is not allowed
contact.
These cases are shocking. The
facts
are public, they can be checked.
Of the last case, it is the
most
recent and I have the most
information.
It is a stunning revelation
of an
out of control courtroom.
It appears neither men nor
women are
safe in this courtroom. I implore
Dallas
to investigate this
situation.

a front page,
5 day series on corrupt
judges and
lawyers in Silicon Valley. Your

would a good mother do," I asked Dr. Gardner two years ago when
interviewing him for the documentary, "if her child told her of
sexual
abuse by his or her father?"
His answer:
"What would
she
say? Don't you say that about your father. If you do, I'll beat
you."
That's on tape
and I have a signed release.
The
Leadership Council has a well researched site on sexual abuse and
the legal system which includes the statistics on moms who lose
custody when they report sexual abuse. Judges need to educate
