When abuse has worn you down, information and support can be the bridges to the other side. I provide information, education, tactics and strategies for dealing with verbal and emotional abusers. My background provides a framework of understanding the narcissistic personality disorder and the chaos and confusion and despair a narcissist can bring. We will work with your particular situation and individualize a session for your needs. This is not therapy, but practical coping strategies you can use right away.
With the phone consultation we speak for 50 minutes at a pre-arranged time. Please make sure there will be no interruptions and you feel free to talk. When I recieve notice you have paid for a phone consultation, I will email you and we will set up a time for you to call me. I am in the Pacific Time Zone.
