carefully check the problems reported from former clients of JOHN ZERVOPOULOS before you consider hiring him. There are quite a few blogs and postings regarding his cases. He has many complaints in sexual abuse cases. NOV, 2007: Zervopoulos is UNDER INVESTIGATION. Complaints have been filed and under review. If you have been the victim of John Zervopolous, file a complaint. He has hired an attorney. John Zervopolous In His Own Words, culled from REAL custody evaluations he wrote and analyzed by attorney Liz Kates. John Zervopoulos |

and his ability to get away with making pedophilia a topic of
thoughtful discussion is an interesting study in
either a) a completely evil culture, b) a stupid citizenry or c)
the
result of fluoride in the public water system. (I have no idea if
Dallas has fluoride, but it was used by the Nazis in the water system
to keep people brain dead and calm). I have come to the
conclusion that
when nothing makes sense I will bring fluoride into the picture.
It
makes as much sense as a psychologist promoting anal sex, maybe more. Welcome Dr Zervopoulos to the ethically challenged Family Court of Dallas ongoing tale. Let's cut to the chase: Dr Z, will you go away? Will you ride out of town to a land where the Rankins and Fowlers go, to a never ending party with Judge Marilea Lewis, to the McCurley's law firm in lala land? Take Diane Snyder and Cheryl with you. Raggio, one and two and mama if she can. You've not been far from my mind since I read the transcript of the Rosenthal case. You were asked by Rick Wright, attorney for Janay Rosenthal, a question along the lines of "would you give custody to a man who lets his daughter play with his anus?" The answer is chilling. Dr. John Zervopoulos waited 60 seconds, an entire minute, - ample time for his two last standing neurons to connect - and replied: I don't know, I'd have to have more information. Really? I don't know where Mr. Wright's mind was to not continue this line of questioning, maybe he was so shocked at your answer he felt it was sufficient to get his point across, but I would have asked what further information do you need other than the fact itself to determine that this is pathological and in what world do you EVER give children to sex abusers? What more do you need to know? What specifics of this act do you want replayed so you can decide there is a good anal play time with Daddy and a bad anal play time? Which leads me to ask: Dr. Z: are you a practicing pedophile? It isn't only the Rosenthal case. How about "It's ok for dad to play with XXX's genitals" ..Really? In what world? Foleyland? Richard Gardner land? Is there a theme park for pedophiles and the psychologists who love them headquartered in Dallas? No surprise that you are a well known supporter of the pedophile Richard Gardner and his Parental Alienation Syndrome. The same Richard Gardner said its ok for men to have sex with boys and we should let it happen if it happens. Yet even more interesting is your own comments on the use of a syndrome in forensic applications. In the Texas Bar Journal (2001), you wrote: Does the Expert
Invoke Syndrome Theories to Support the Opinion?
A syndrome is a pattern of symptoms that tend to appear together in
particular clinical presentations.(60) Syndrome theories have bred much
controversy in the mental health field. An example of such a theory is
Child Sexual Abuse Accommodation Syndrome. Courts have varied in their
acceptance of syndrome theories as bases for expert opinions.(61)
However, despite the appeal of these theories as explanatory
constructs, the supporting empirical research often is not rigorous.
Often, syndrome testimony has been proffered in court when proponents
have tried to prove an event — usually the incident for which the
defendant is standing trial — with symptoms in the alleged victim that
could have arisen by other means, giving rise to “syndrome error.”
Interesting because had you really known what Child Sexual Abuse Accommadation Syndrome was you would not have used it as an example. This was developed by an M.D. to propose a model of how abused kids react and said: it should be noted that this is a "model" describing reactions, not an absolute. Like all models it does not mean each child will show all aspects of this syndrome. There have been some problems reported in the U.S. with courts taking the model so literally that if children don't demonstrate all the features they are under suspicion of lying. Okey dokey...I say we go with fluoride. Let's name it Fluoride Serotonin Syndrome. We'll blame it on the water. Because the only other explanation of why its ok to let sex abusers have custody is that you are incompetent to practice psychology, you are a misogynist and you approve of pedophilia, and that there exists in Dallas a legal community so sick and delusional it allows this pathology to continue as if it was the norm. Child sexual abuse en masse, supported by the judiciary, and given the stamp of approval by psychologists like Zervopoulos, friend of Judge Marilea Lewis who IS STILL THERE and still giving children to abusers. |
